- Technical Assistant: Degree or Diploma in a relevant technical / science field.
- Technician-1: 10th pass + ITI in the relevant trade.
- Age Limit (as on 01.08.2025)
- Maximum 28 years (as of 26 December 2025).
- Age relaxation as per government / CSIR norms.
