Age Limit

VP Wealth (SRM): 26 – 42 years
AVP Wealth (RM): 23 – 35 years
Customer Relationship Executive: 20 – 35 years
Age relaxation is applicable as per Government of India rules.
Educational / Skill Qualification
Graduation from a government-recognized university or institution is mandatory for all three posts.
For VP Wealth (SRM): Preference will be given to candidates with MBA (Banking/Finance/Marketing) + certifications like NISM V-A, XXI-A, CFP, CFA.

These SO roles are on a contractual basis: 5 years initially, with a possibility of extension up to 4 more years.
CTC Upper Range
VP Wealth (SRM): ₹ 44.70 lakh/year
AVP Wealth (RM): ₹ 30.20 lakh/year
Customer Relationship Executive: ₹ 6.20 lakh/year
